The Program Specialist is a passionate learner ready to embrace multiple projects to accomplish strategic objectives and client visions.


The Program Specialist oversees day-to-day client services operations. Duties include project support and execution for designated client(s) activities. Make recommendations to continually improve upon client success. 


  • Execute the membership process for assigned client(s), including: 
    •  Member benefit packages; 
    • Orientation of new members; 
    • Membership renewals; 
    • Recruitment of new members. 
  • Implement client policies, programs and procedures.  
  • Coordinate the delivery of membership programs and benefits in accordance with client strategic plans. 
  • Manage working group meetings 
  • Respond to inbound questions and requests from members and the public at large. 
  • Coordinate conference calls/face-to-face meetings for clients: facilitate scheduling, draft minutes, document action items, follow-up as needed. 
  • Collaborate with the Virtual marketing and communications team in the development and implementation of communications initiatives, including webinars, presentations, collateral, membership recruitment and other marketing materials. 
  • Work with the Virtual events team in the execution of events as needed. 
  • Assist with client website management. 
  • Implement other client or client services team initiatives or projects as needed. 


  • Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite; 
  • Willingness and ability to travel, if required (20%, both international and domestic, valid passport required). 
  • Experience working with multiple cultures across all time zones a plus; 
  • High level of creativity and "rolled up sleeves" working style; 
  • Excellent customer service, communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills 
  • Detail-oriented, with strong, effective organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; 
  •  Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently with limited supervision and work well under pressure; 
  • Bachelor's (B.A./B.S.) degree required; 
  • Two to three years' experience in project coordination and/or experience in Industry Association environment;
